Executive Chef Adam Flood brings a pedigree steeped in the rigorous traditions of Le Cordon Bleu and the James Beard Award-winning ecosystems of New England.
After helming the kitchen at Grace Restaurant in Portland, Maine (a dining sanctuary in a restored 1850s church) Adam and his wife, interior designer Nancy Flood, returned to Latrobe to revitalize a piece of their own history.
